久しぶりに沖縄の台所、牧志公設市場に行ってみた…私が知ってる公設市場は沖縄の人や日本人観光客がいっぱいいるイメージだった…けど少し様子が違った…沖縄の人はどこ？日本人観光客はどこ？と探したくなるほど中国人観光客が多い…私の隣でブランド牛の石垣牛を買い求める中国人観光客、公設市場の二階の食堂では、お刺身などを食べるたくさんの中国人観光客…もはやここは、沖縄の台所というよりも中国の台所といった感じ…観光客が増えるのは嬉しいけど少し悲しい気持ちになった牧志公設市場…
I went to kitchen in Okinawa and Makishi Public Market after a long time…. the public market I know was the image which has many people in Okinawa and japanese tourists…. however the state was a little different…. a person in Okinawa somewhere? Where is a japanese tourist? There are so much chinese tourists that I feel like looking for it…. the chinese tourist who buys a Ishigaki cow of a brand cow next to me and lot of chinese tourists who eat sashimi at a dining room on the second floor of the public market…. feeling such as chinese kitchens rather than the kitchen where this is Okinawa already…. The Makishi Public Market which became the feeling that a tourist is happy to increase but a little sad….
